Abstract
In the ever-evolving landscape of the global fashion industry, establishing a brand presence and expanding internationally is a formidable challenge. This research paper explores the dynamic landscape of global expansion for emerging fashion startups. Leveraging a combination of primary survey data and extensive secondary research, the study offers valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by young entrepreneurs in the fashion industry. The literature review reveals a paradigm shift towards sustainable and circular business models, highlighting the increasing importance of ethical and eco-conscious practices. Our findings underscore the significance of education, mentorship, and government support in nurturing startups, as well as the need for credible partnerships and a clear brand identity. Respondents also emphasized the importance of market research, targeted collaborations, and a robust online presence tailored to local consumer preferences when entering new markets. Furthermore, the research underscores the need for a nuanced understanding of cultural contexts and adherence to international standards. By synthesizing these insights, this paper provides a comprehensive framework for fashion startups to navigate the global landscape with confidence and purpose. Through their endeavours, these entrepreneurs not only shape the future of fashion but also drive positive change on a global scale
